She was very quick to respond, clear and communicative on timing/billing, gave great suggestions to make our floral design look great, and her pricing was extremely fair and reasonable (ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE QUALITY). We texted and emailed back and forth easily and Sandy even accepted a last minute change of heart I had around changing my entire floral design, which she absolutely nailed.
